1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "002pub" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 002pub.cam, operated by its licensed entity under PAGCOR regulatory oversight.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who creates a registered account on 002pub and uses the Platform for gaming or other permitted activities.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on 002pub, through which all gaming activity, deposits, and withdrawals are conducted.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the real-money funds held in a Player's 002pub Account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 002pub to a Player's Account under specific terms and conditions, distinct from real-money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required of all Players under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory authority responsible for licensing and oversight of all gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" means all gaming products, promotional offers, customer support, payment processing, and other features made available through the 002pub Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory where participation in online gaming is unlawful or where 002pub's Services are not licensed or authorised.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, logging in to an existing Account, or otherwise accessing or using the 002pub Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with 002pub's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions as published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the 002pub Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to 002pub and participation in all real-money gaming activities is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age regulations for online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years old or above.

002pub enforces this requirement through KYC identity verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds may be returned at 002pub's discretion after deducting any amounts wagered.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

002pub's Services are offered to players located within the Republic of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction where access to the Platform is lawful. Players accessing 002pub from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are doing so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 002pub reserves the right to block access from Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid Philippine mobile number or email address;
• Create a secure password and maintain its confidentiality;
• Not register on behalf of any third party;
• Agree to receive communications from 002pub related to your Account and Platform use;
• Confirm that you are not a self-excluded player under any applicable gambling exclusion scheme.

002pub reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

4 Account Management

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on 002pub. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 002pub employs technical measures to detect duplicate Accounts, including but not limited to device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method matching.

Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 002pub reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated Accounts. Any Bonus Funds or promotional winnings accumulated across duplicate Accounts will be forfeited in full.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 002pub will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat or email. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified 002pub of unauthorised access without undue delay.

4.3 KYC Verification

002pub is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document — including but not limited to a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, or Driver's License — as part of the KYC process. 002pub may request additional documentation at any time to meet its regulatory obligations.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You must ensure that all personal information held in your 002pub Account remains accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All Accounts on 002pub are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). All deposits, game balances, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. Where a Player initiates a transaction in a different currency (for example, USDT cryptocurrency), 002pub will convert the amount to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

002pub currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and USDT (TRC20). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published in the Platform's Cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit to the same Account, except where 002pub approves an alternative method in writing;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be met before the associated winnings can be withdrawn;
• 002pub reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger AMLC reporting thresholds under Philippine law;
• Processing times are estimates and may vary based on payment provider systems and volume — 002pub does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe beyond reasonable efforts.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

002pub maintains strict compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and all related regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). The Platform may suspend or terminate any Account and report transactions to AMLC where there are reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes. Players must not use 002pub for any purpose other than personal, recreational online gaming.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and free plays offered by 002pub are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of each offer. In the event of any inconsistency between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and time limits for each bonus are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

002pub reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus, promotional credit, or associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, registration of multiple Accounts, or collusion with other Players. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at 002pub's sole discretion and are final.

6.4 Modification of Promotions

002pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players. 002pub shall not be liable for any losses arising from changes to promotional offerings.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

002pub offers a library of games across multiple categories including slots, live dealer casino games, live sabong, sports betting, bingo, and arcade games. The availability of specific games may vary based on your location, device, or applicable regulatory requirements. 002pub reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game in the library without prior notice.

7.2 Game Fairness & RNG

All electronically-determined game outcomes on 002pub use Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and certified to ensure genuine randomness and the accuracy of published Return to Player (RTP) percentages. Certification documentation is available upon request from 002pub's customer support team. Live dealer games use physical dealing and shuffling equipment under camera supervision from licensed studios.

7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome or recording of a wager, 002pub reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. 002pub shall not be liable for any disruption to gameplay caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

7.4 Disputed Results

All game results as recorded by 002pub's server logs are final. In the event of a discrepancy between a Player's device display and the server record, the server record shall prevail. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with 002pub's customer support within seven (7) days of the relevant game session.

8 Responsible Gaming

002pub is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. The following tools are available to all registered Players from the Responsible Gaming section of the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 72 hours following the increase request;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic alerts at chosen session durations;
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or on a permanent basis. During self-exclusion, the Account will be locked from all deposits and gaming activity;
• Reality Checks: Session summary notifications displaying net win/loss position at regular intervals during gameplay.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 002pub and will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or with Platform staff;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discoveries must be reported to 002pub support immediately;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction through your payment provider after those funds have been used to play on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account;
• Any conduct that 002pub, at its sole discretion, determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or 002pub's regulatory standing.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 002pub Platform — including but not limited to the 002pub brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 002pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 002pub.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 002pub and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from Platform use;
• Losses arising from events outside 002pub's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or regulatory changes;
• Any decision or outcome in any game, including outcomes perceived by a Player to be erroneous;
• Any third-party content accessible through or linked from the Platform.

002pub's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

002pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the 002pub Privacy Policy.

13 Termination of Account

13.1 Voluntary Closure

Players may request the closure of their 002pub Account at any time by contacting customer support through the Platform's live chat. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Closure by 002pub

002pub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, regulatory direction from PAGCOR or other competent authorities, or prolonged inactivity. In the event of closure due to breach of these Terms, 002pub may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, all rights granted to the Player under these Terms cease immediately. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and any accrued rights or obligations shall survive termination.

14 Amendments to These Terms

002pub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 002pub will provide reasonable advance notice through the Platform — typically via an in-platform notification, a notification upon the Player's next login, or an email to the Player's registered address. For minor amendments (such as formatting corrections or clarifications that do not alter substantive rights), notice may not be provided separately.

Continued use of the 002pub Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act 9487, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.

In the first instance, any dispute arising from your use of 002pub should be raised with the customer support team. 002pub will endeavour to resolve disputes within a reasonable period, typically not exceeding thirty (30) days for straightforward matters.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR. All disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
